Shining City Hall

15" x 11" Original Watercolor on Paper.

The Victor, Colorado City Hall may be old and historic, but boy does she still shine in the sun! They don't make buildings like this anymore. I just loved the architecture and cupola, standing tall and proud against the backdrop of mountains.
