A sunny spring day: the fresh leaves are various shades of lime green; the distant mountains have shaken off their snow; everyone is out for a walk; the full moon peaks out over the puffy, storybook clouds. Everyone who stops to chat with me while I paint asks "Have you seen the bald eagle?" Perched there on the power line pole, presiding over the park with a regal air.
